 I am a bit of a food junkie of late, but its not just about any food.Iam currently obsessed with all types of salads,especially the Tuna Salad.One because it has fish in it and I love fish,but also because its quite easy to prepare.
Here is a step by step process on how to prepare this meal in the comfort of your home.


What you will need:
1.Celery
2.Tuna
3.Small young tomatoes
4.Pieces of boiled irish
5.2 tablespoons minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and drained
6.Pieces of boiled egg
7.Freshly squeezed lemon Juice
8.1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
9.1 teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley.


How to prepare

In a small mixing bowl break open the packed tuna with a fork. Toss with the celery, tomatoes, onion, eggs, garlic, irish and parsley. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and season with black pepper, to taste. Stir to combine. Add lemon juice, to taste.

I often prefer to leave the Tuna unmixed and serve it as a topping for the salads,but if you dont mind,you can mix it all up.
